Process Workers/Sorters

Great opportunity working with an Iconic business which offers fresh produce, retail, hospitality and tourism all on the one site. They have a great team environment and are seeking canidates that can work together with their own team on the night shifts.

What you’ll be doing

• Undertaking a range of sorting and assembly tasks as part of the process
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the production cycle
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas to the team
• Heavy lifting of seafood in crates

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar assembly or process-oriented role, ideally in the manufacturing, wholesale or retail industry
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines
• A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
• Reliable candidates that are available for all shifts & are able to complete a full shift
• Candidates with seafood knowledge and or experience an advantage
