Our client based in Wolli Creek NSW has a vacancy for a process worker for an immediate start. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing. industry. Must be available 5 days per week Monday – Friday 7am – 3.00 pm
What you’ll be doing
- Performing a variety of assembly and process tasks as part of the production line
- Adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Working on a production lines with machinery and tools
- Packing Boxes / Stacking Pallets
- Operating production line machinery (training will take place)
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Candidates with a mechanical aptitude, understanding of tools & mechanical machinery
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Must have Process Work experience within a manufacturing environment or similar
- Seeking ongoing work Monday – Friday (occasional overtime)
- Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, which is beneficial for the role
- Motivated, reliable and punctual
- Fit and strong candidates
- High attention to detail
- Available long term (over 6 months)
