General Hand

Our client based in Seven Hills are seeking 2 candidates to assist within their manufacturing plant. If you have worked within a manufacturing environment conducting general hand dutes or assisting trades this could be the job for you! These positions have the potential to go to a fulltime role for the right candidates. Hours Monday – Thursday 6.25 am – 2.55pm Friday 6.25am – 12.25pm.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and use tools as trained and as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• General hand duties including, but not limited to, painting, cleaning or cutting of product, assisting with testing products, rolling hose etc.
• Assist with stores/warehouse duties as required, including but not limited to, constructing pallets, packing boxes, shrink wrapping items, participating in stock counts, packing and unloading containers etc.
• Complete all daily worksheets accurately.
• Be aware of Workplace Health and Safety within the business operations
• Attend and participate in all tool box meetings and any other training courses/programs as requested.
• Other duties as assigned to you.
