Candidate Selection
The role of ASTAR Personnel is a bit like that of a matchmaker. We screen our candidates to ensure that we fully understand what they have to offer and work out which employers would be a good match. We start with a telephone screening to get to know you, then we follow up with an interview (to get to know you better!), and finally we test your technology skills. Once you’re through all of that, we give you an induction which gives you a chance to get to know us a little better. Then, consider yourself a part of the family.
